We Buy Guitars operates exclusively within the borders of South Africa. All transactions, deliveries, and support services are only available to individuals and entities located in South Africa.
2. Buying from We Buy Guitars
2.1 Product Descriptions
We strive to ensure all product listings, descriptions, and photos are accurate and up to date. However, due to the nature of pre-owned goods, items may show signs of wear or variation in condition.
2.2 Payments
All payments are processed in South African Rand (ZAR) via secure payment gateways. Orders will only be processed upon successful receipt of full payment.
2.3 Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Returns & Refunds
3.1 Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it. However:
- The item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- A refund will only be issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

4. Selling to We Buy Guitars
4.1 Submission of Gear
You may submit your gear for sale via the “Sell My Guitar” page. However, submission does not guarantee purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any item at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.
4.2 Evaluation
Our team will evaluate the item based on its condition, demand, and market value. If we choose to proceed, we will make a formal offer, valid for a limited time.
4.3 Payment for Sold Items
Once a sale is confirmed and we receive the item in the agreed condition, we will process payment within 3-5 working days via EFT.
5. General Terms
5.1 Intellectual Property
All content, branding, images, and media on this website are the property of We Buy Guitars and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent.
5.2 Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Use of second-hand gear is at the buyer’s own risk.
